HIGHLAND BEACH

Highland Beach can be summed up in one word: Paradise. Highland Beach is located in the southern portion of eastern Palm Beach County, which is the southeastern part of Florida.   The Atlantic Ocean lies adjacent to the Town of Highland Beach on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway lies to the west.  Highland Beach's main street is a beautiful tree-lined stretch of State Road A1A.

HIGHLAND BEACH:  LIFESTYLE

The roughly three-mile stretch of beach in Highland Beach provides the residents with a place to relax and recreate.  The beaches also serve as critical nesting grounds for endangered sea turtles.  From March 1 through October 31 each year, the turtles come to the shores of Highland Beach and lay thousands of eggs in nests all along the beaches.  Weeks later, the hatchlings burst from the sand and make their way to the ocean. Highland Beach is conveniently located between Delray Beach and Boca Raton, with restaurants, shopping, Art Galleries, and Marinas.

HIGHLAND BEACH:  REAL ESTATE

The waterfront real estate that makes up this community provides natural splendor, privacy, and luxury living.  Highland Beach offers luxurious waterfront condominiums, townhomes with dockage, and custom built estates along the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
